The school provides the Experiential Learning Initiative to all full-time M.B.A. students, which allows students to apply prior business knowledge and classroom learning to a business setting.Full-time students also have the opportunity to complete studies in one or two focused areas, known as option areas, which allow students to create a niche for themselves as they complete their M.B.A. studies.
Along with a full-time program, the Krannert School of Management also offers an executive and weekend M.B.A.; Ph.D. programs focused in Economics, Management, and Human Resources; and graduate degrees in Finance, Industrial Administration, and Human Resource Management. Joint degrees are offered in conjunction with the Purdue College of Engineering.
